Rockford Mayor Names City's New Finance Director

Rockford - Mayor Larry Morrissey announces at tonight's council meeting the city's new Finance Director.

Chris Black officially takes over the role vacated last August by Andres Sammul who retired.

Black most recently worked for the last six years as the Finance Director for the city of McHenry.
